Our role

ELN operates as a neutral and secure intermediary. We do not buy the materials, become the owner of the materials, transport the materials or process the materials. We verify the available information, coordinate the partners involved, protect their contact details and digitally monitor the different steps.

How it works

1. A supplier reports an available material flow.

2. ELN analyses the information and searches for suitable partners.

3. ELN verifies the partners and coordinates the collaboration.

4. A container partner provides or installs the necessary containers.

5. A transport company collects the material.

6. A recycling company processes the material.

7. The recycled material is delivered to a new user or production process.

8. ELN digitally monitors the different steps.

Why ELN?

ELN creates a secure and structured connection between companies involved in circular material flows. Our approach helps to:

- find suitable and reliable partners;

- protect business contact details;

- coordinate containers, transport and recycling;

- improve communication between partners;

- digitally monitor the different steps;

- reduce the risk of partners bypassing the coordination process.

Our first Belgian pilot

ELN will first be tested through a limited Belgian pilot focused on one selected material flow. The pilot may include:

- one supplier;

- one container partner;

- one transport company;

- one recycling company;

- one buyer or user of recycled material.

The objective is to test the coordination, partner verification, protected communication and digital monitoring of the complete circular chain.
